Dr. Tiffiney Bean is a dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic and founder of Premier Chiropractic Services, LLC. A 2009 graduate of Life University, Dr. Bean has built a reputation for clinical excellence, professionalism, and leadership within the chiropractic community across Georgia and Alabama.
With over a decade of hands-on experience, Dr. Bean has extensive expertise in delivering patient-centered chiropractic care, including the management of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. She is known for her strong diagnostic skills, precise adjusting techniques, and ability to step seamlessly into established practices while maintaining continuity of care and operational efficiency.
In 2014, recognizing a growing need for dependable coverage solutions within the profession, Dr. Bean founded Premier Chiropractic Services, LLC. What began as her personal commitment to helping colleagues maintain uninterrupted patient care evolved into a trusted coverage network serving practices throughout Georgia and Alabama.
